Twelve stalls follow Chapter 8 page by page, and four extension stalls introduce fraction numbers (1/2, 1/3, 1/4…). Children earn up to 3 stars per stall for first-try answers. Questions shuffle every time, so a stall can be replayed. Use it on a smart board as a whole-class activity, or in pairs on tablets. As the textbook advises, call the fractions one half and one quarter, not "1 out of 2". The extension stalls keep this: 2/3 is always read as "two thirds".
On a smart board: press Full screen. The page enlarges itself to fit the board; use A+ / A− if children at the back cannot read it. On wide screens the question sits on the left and the play area on the right, so nothing needs scrolling.

Fraction Numbers stalls go beyond the Class 3 textbook (fraction notation appears in later classes). Use them for enrichment after the chapter. Pair the chapter stalls with paper folding (p. 110, p. 113) and the fraction cards from the back of the book (p. 116). Stars are saved on this device only.
