      Everyday foods and Sometimes foods

There are no bad foods. Some foods are Everyday foods — dal, roti, rice, fruit, vegetables, milk. Your body uses them all day long.

Others are Sometimes foods — jalebi, chips, cold drink, samosa. They are made for festivals, birthdays and treats. Eating one does not make you bad. Eating them every single day just leaves less room for the foods your body is waiting for.

Drink water instead of cold drinks when you are thirsty, and always wash your hands before eating.
